Delete Your PayIQ Account
You can delete your PayIQ account and all associated data directly from within the app.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the PayIQ app
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm when prompted
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information (name, NHS band, pay settings)
- All shift records
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
